Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Story LAB. application. By using the application, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms set forth below. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the application.
1.1. Story LAB. is a mobile/web application provided by Soydan YILDIRIM.
1.2. Users agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.
1.3. Soydan YILDIRIM reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time. Updated terms will come into effect after they are published in the application.
2.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering for the application.
2.2. The security of user accounts is the sole responsibility of the user. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, you should contact us immediately.
2.3. Soydan YILDIRIM reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that contain fraudulent or abusive use.
3.1. Story LAB. and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. Users may not copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any content contained in the application without permission. 3.3.
Users assume all legal responsibility for the content they share through the application.
4.1. Users may not engage in the following activities:
5.1. Some features of Story LAB. are offered through an auto-renewable premium subscription. Subscription options, periods and prices are displayed within the application before any purchase.
5.2. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.3. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the application does not cancel an active subscription.
5.4. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are subject to their respective policies. Previously purchased subscriptions can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" option in the application.
6.1. Story LAB is provided "as is" and "as available". Users assume all risks associated with their use of the application.
6.2. Story LAB. does not guarantee that the application will operate uninterruptedly or without errors.
6.3. Soydan YILDIRIM cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may occur due to the use of the application.
7.1. The application may contain links to third-party websites and relies on third-party services such as sign-in providers (Google, Apple) and payment processors (App Store, Google Play). Soydan YILDIRIM is not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of these third-party services.
8.1. Users have the right to close their accounts at any time.
8.2. Soydan YILDIRIM may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms without notice.
9.1. These Terms of Use are subject to the laws of Turkey.
9.2. Users agree that the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction in the event of any disputes arising from these terms.
